Romanoff Renovations provides flooring installation for
all Home Depot flooring purchase. We pride ourselves on delivering
"Perfect 10" customer service, from the moment we receive your
order through when your new floors have been given your approval
of 100% satisfaction, and even during your warranty period following
installation. If anything throughout your experience was not
to your complete satisfaction, please let your installer know
or contact customer service so we can promptly remedy the matter.
After placing your order at The Home Depot, you can expect
to hear from RR within 48 business hours via email, if provided,
or by phone. Though we house many flooring materials in our
warehouse, some must be specially ordered. As soon as your materials
are available, we will contact you again to schedule your installation.
Most customers prefer to use our online self-scheduling tool,
available for your convenience 24/7 at hdfloors.com. Here you
can track your order(s), select a date for installation, and
receive email prompts for room prep, identification of your
lead installer, and scheduling reminders. If you prefer to speak
with one of our customer care representatives to schedule your
installation, or if you need assistance before, during or after
any part of the installation process, they are available to
assist you Monday-Friday from 9:00am-6:00pm EST by calling 1-877-646-6465.
What to Expect During Your Installation
Our crew will arrive within their scheduled appointment time
and your lead installer will introduce himself or herself. You
may choose to be home during the installation, or, if the sounds
of construction bother you, you may leave for a few hours. (Please
note that our crew cannot be responsible for locking up your
home should they finish working for the day before you return.)
Installations can take one or several days, depending on the
size of the job, but you will be informed of the anticipated
installation time prior to your scheduled installation date.
Our team will take special care of any furniture that must be
moved, returning it to its original position after the installation
is complete for each room. Many families enjoy observing the
installation process, and are welcome to do so, only we ask
that children and pets be kept at a safe distance from the construction
How to Prepare for Your Installation
There is some room prep necessary to assure that your installation
runs smoothly and is completed on schedule.
Heavy Items, Gas Stoves and Electronics cannot be Moved by
Romanoff Renovations. You will need to coordinate the moving
of these items prior to our installers' arrival. Review the
